Mixed paths wont be avaiable until some time, so for now, we ll have to choose between one of them, but as in other mmorpgs, when dual paths are implemented, that would change everything, so be prepared for it!

Are all these skills us just for faction war? When MR began these skills will be replaced by the 3 trait paths?

Skill stays the same. Trait paths are additional boost of spells and will give some new spells too for some classes.
