If you have game play question post it on game forum here and it will be answered by community or moderators.

Update for pre-release items (like mounts etc)

We developed coupon system so now instead of posting ticket to add item to your character please post request to give you coupon codes for all pre-release items you purchased.

So each help request for coupon code must have listed all item you purchased and your paypal email (or purchase receipt)

Again please list all items you purchased on help desk with paypal email (or purchase receipt).

Note** Only Main Mounts are currently in game. (Midgard Rising will bring the other purchases)
