Did you check mailbox?

The mail I've receive is the one with the coupon code that I use then in the link. I logged in my account, choosed "use coupon code", then the lava dragon, put the coupon code, and if I remember well I gave it to the first 2 characters of the normal server...
But when I want to play, just notice that my character don't receive it

Character get dragon item to the in-game mailbox. So you much check the mail box with the character to get your dragon from mailbox.

I've just check in the mailbox (near the NPC, right?) and there is nothing...

Dragon are sent instantly to mailbox and we did not have any reports about problems with it yet. Please double check if order process is finished. (if you can use coupons again). If still not there post on helpdesk with maximum details.
