Hey Rose,

The Dragon/Rhino/Cocktrice are being given as we speak.

All you need to do is Submit a ticket to Veraxon HelpDesk. They will give you a coupon to get your Dragon.

If you would like fo know more about the Spells for your char, check the "Classes Discussion" this gives an explanation of each Classes skills available. Should look something like this;

"Mage Spells: Explantion"

well as for dragon mount u have to send in proof of purchase to helpdesk and they will send u a coupon code to retrieve and place the mount on the character u desire.

I'm not sure cause I haven't used my code yet, but can you try and check your mailbox? It should be next to NPC in starter zone
