Teleport Merchant add, teleport items sold with gold too

We want player to be able to transport fast around the game world.

The first step was to add summoning rune so you can summon friends to dungeon fast and if you loose party member summon next fast to minimize down time.

This time we added Teleport merchant.

He is selling teleport to 6 destinations (2 in desert and 4 in jungle)

Teleport can be purchased with both gold and mithril from merchant but if you want to buy teleport with mithril the better deal is on bundles in items store.
