And then you need to type [ img ] (without any spaces) before it and then [ /img ] (again without spaces) right after it like this:

Code: Select all

How do you find the link?

On iPod you can just press your finger on any picture until the menu pops with following options

    Save Image
    Copy
    Cancel

Press "Copy"

Tadaa that's it. In this case you have copied 2 things. The picture AND the link. Depending on the situation where you "Paste" it, iOS will automatically use either visual image or text link.

For example.
- If you make a new tab in Safari and "Paste" it, you'll see the link. Same on this board
- If you "Paste" it in iMessage you'll see the image

------------
Obviously we're speaking here about pictures from internet. If the picture is actually on your PC/Phone/iPod you have to upload it first. This is another procedure.

I haven't opened explorer in half a decade now, but if you right click on a picture there must me so function like "Copy Image Address" or something that sounds similar. Press that to copy Image address.

I haven't touched IE in almost 12 years now. Firefox was my first savior, now it's Chrome.

Sorry it's my bad, tried it on a non jailbroken device and it seems not to be fully functional so here is the shortest way around since you'll only use it 2-3 times in your life.

Press your finger on any picture until the menu pops with following options
    Save Image
    Copy
    Cancel

Press "Copy"

Open Safari and make a new tab

"Paste" in address space.

You'll see the link of your picture.

"Select all" and "Copy" it.

"Paste" on this board between [img][/img*] (remove the star)

I'm not sure which tweak is giving me the extra feature on iPhone, but my money is on iFile since it's got a lot of features like .zip and .rar extractors built in

Hope this helped. There is probably another way as well

Actually, just to spite Microsoft in my own little way I use Window's built-in command-line ftp client to download my browser of choice - thereby eliminating the need to use IE.

xD I'm a smart-ass in real life too.
