That's called a coded gif. The mobile version of google images generates that code (which also turns out to be a hyperlink - copy and paste it into the mobile safari browser bar and it'll generate the pic for ya!) and our phones see it as a pic.

Try images from other sites. A standard gif, jpg, or png will copy and paste correctly.
