Apparently new members are not allowed to PM, so there goes even trying to get into closed beta unless probably you post a certain amount first.

u have to have certain amount of post i think maybe 5 to be able to PM.


IMPORTANT QUESTION:
If we did the experamental TBW phase 2 for Phase 1 beta tester, do they have to PM admin or do they play on the same download?

When you have a total of 4 posts you will be able to use the PM feature. (PhPBB setting)

This will not affect TBW players that already have access.

Only for those that purchased a Promo item previously that don't have Username/Password yet
