Did you purchase the Lava Dragon Mount before January 15th? If you did then you should already have access to the beta and free zones. So all you will have to do is PM or Check closed beta section.

In fact, I never taste this great game since I bought it.

90% chance it ended up in spam. Try to contact admin (if you didn't, otherwise means he's offline already) with your payment proof or look trough spam folder if you keep your spam longer that 1 month
