It means you already have ALL possible slots open, and you got the other 9 for free

It means that if you already purchased slots unlocks before promotion you still qualify for promotions.

In other words we don't want people who purchase unlock 3 day ago to be left with slots open on 1 server only but they will get twin too.

Question time ... I'm not sure either this is right, but where dragon owners getting 2 slots or 1? If it's 2 slots will I have 5 slots in total if I buy the 3 Slot combo pack? Or will my 2nd slot get overwritten and I end up with 4.

Just wondering if I should the 3 Pack is enough or I should get an extra as well
