xp boost not recieved

I put coupon in for xp boost says it was added to my toon but it not in my box

XP Booster is not an item.

The XP booster will activate after first kill. (Shown at lower left of screen)

I tried that still nothing said xp boost is active

Then its working.

When it says Not Active is when you should worry.

I had this problem once but have you selected the char you want it for and then said buy?
PvE:
Atorax - LvL 18 Templar (Alt)
Bawn - LvL 2 Fighter (Alt)

PvP:
Koberas - LvL 13 Rogue (Main)

Yea i did that it finally started up about maybe the 10th kill

Thats what i meant it kept saying not active bod masta but it eventually started up
